Q1. I forgot my username and my password. How do I retrieve this information?
A1. Simply click on the log in link on the menu and then click on the “Forgot Password” link underneath the fields for username and password. A password will be sent to your email address.

Q2. Will people see my personal email address when contacting them?
A2.No they will not.

A3. Please Click Here to cancel your FREE subscription. Please include your member id number along with your username and zipcode in the email.


Q4. Do I have to post a picture?
A4. No you do not. However, studies have shown that people who post pictures get a higher response rate versus those who do not.

Q5. How do I upload and/or delete a photograph?
A5. Simply log in to your account with your username and password and then click on the Edit Profile/Manage Photos link underneath the default photo. Scroll all the way down and then you will see the Upload profile photo area on the bottom of your page. Click on the “Browse” button to select a photograph from your computer and the press the “Upload” button to complete the upload. You can not delete photos, however you can upload a new photo over an existing one if you want to replace one photo for another.

Q6. What are the guidelines for uploading a photograph?
A6. The full size dimensions for a photo are as follows: Width: 200 pixels Height: 186 pixels and thumbnail size will be as follows: Width: 100 pixels Height: 67 pixels. Any photos containing nudity, depicting vulgarity and/or illegal acts will be promptly removed.

A7. Simply log in to your account with your username and password and then click on the Edit Profile/Manage Photos link underneath the default photo.

A8. Once you become a member, interaction can take place via blogs, chat rooms, message boards as well as emails.

Q12. What type of credit cards do you accept?
